Order Fulfilment & Domestic Shipping

While all orders are processed in our system within 48 hours of receipt, each item is individually hand crafted per order. As such, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and created. Please take this timing into consideration when placing your order. If your order is time sensitive,  please email us at apexlatexleather@gmail.com to discuss expedited shipping options. Rush fees apply.

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $300.

Once an order has shipped, Apex Latex & Leather is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup

International Shipping

International orders are shipped using standard or express international services. Once your item is created, express shipments typically arrive within 5–7 business days, while economy shipments may take 6–18 business days, depending on the destination.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total. By law, we cannot alter the declared value on commercial invoices and must comply with all international import and export regulations. If an international order is refused or returned, the customer is responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any duties or fees incurred.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

If your garment isn’t fitting perfectly, we prefer if you reach out to us for an alteration or to exchange it for another size within 14 days of delivery. Simple alterations typically don’t run more than $50. Other than that, we may accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis. These items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached. We recommend trying items on carefully to ensure they remain eligible for return.  Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.
